Terms And Conditions

I understand that a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $100 is required for new students. Tuition is a fixed monthly fee, due at the beginning of each month, and must be paid before the 10th. A $25 late fee will apply for payments received after the 10th. Tuition payments are non-refundable, with no carryovers or adjustments for future months, regardless of attendance.

 

I understand that I am liable for all payments and must ensure that tuition is paid on time as per the school's payment policy.

 

I understand that parents/guardians must provide at least 24-hour notice for absences via email/ text. Missed classes cannot be rescheduled without prior notice. I acknowledge that I must refer to the Make-up Policy in the handbook for details. If the school cancels a class, parents will be notified via text/email, and I must ensure my contact information is up to date.

 

I recognize that the handbook is available digitally on the website and will review it, as well as the calendar.

 

I confirm that I have received knowledge about GradelinkTM and that login credentials will be sent to view the grades.

 

I understand that students must respect teachers, staff, and peers. Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior may lead to disciplinary action, and parents are expected to support school behavior policies.

 

I understand the Drop-off & Pick-up Policy, which states that students must be picked up by a parent/guardian at the designated area, and advance notice is required for alternate pickups or carpools. I also acknowledge that students are not allowed to leave unaccompanied for safety reasons.

 

I understand that mobile phones are not allowed in class. Laptops and other devices may be permitted only for educational purposes in certain classes. The school is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged devices.

 

I understand that students must be fever-free for at least 24 hours before attending class. If a child is sick, they should stay home until they fully recover. They may participate remotely via Zoom, with advance notice to the school.

I understand that photos of classroom activities may occasionally be taken for internal documentation or promotional purposes. I consent to

my child’s image being included in such materials.

 

I understand that I must keep my contact information updated at all times, as the school will send all important updates and notifications to the contact details on file.

 

I understand that to withdraw my child from the school, I must provide a two-week notice before the 15th of the month via email.
