Leap4ward School was established in 2020 by our visionary founder and director Ms. Ramya Rajendran. As a mother, Ms. Rajendran recognized the need for additional support to help children reach their goals and bring out the best versions of themselves. What began with a group of 6 children and a single teacher has now grown into a thriving educational institution, committed to providing an exceptional holistic education that integrates traditional values with modern pedagogical approaches.

The Team
Leap4ward School is an accredited private institution committed to providing exceptional education in Mathematics and Science for students in Grades 1-12. We offer a comprehensive range of math and science classes for students from grades 1 through 12, and SAT prep courses in both Math and English. Our curriculum, inspired by the classical education model, emphasizes a deep understanding of core subjects like mathematics and science, cultivating critical thinking, logical reasoning, and a love for learning. We are committed to aligning our teaching practices with TEKS standards to ensure students receive a high-quality education that prepares them for academic achievement and personal success.
We aim to accompany students throughout their educational journey, guiding them until they graduate high school as well-rounded individuals ready to take on the world. At Leap4ward School, our goal extends beyond academic success. We believe in a holistic approach to education, offering counseling sessions for both parents and students to support their overall well-being. Ramya Rajendran – Founder
Ms. Ramya Rajendran is a passionate educator who brings over a decade of experience to the classroom. A dedicated mother, Ms. Rajendran's commitment to her own children's education led her to realize the importance of personalized support in learning. Motivated by this, she founded Leap4ward School, driven by her belief in the transformative power of education.
Ms. Rajendran holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and technology, which provides her with a strong foundation in mathematics and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ms. Rajendran cherishes student interactions and finds immense joy in fostering a love for learning among her students. Having resided in Texas for over a decade, she has become deeply rooted in the community, shaping young minds, and making a positive impact on countless students' lives.

Rhithvik Selvakumar
Rhithvik plays a crucial role in overseeing the integration and maintenance of technology to enhance the learning environment. He is responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly, and providing technical support to staff and students. He also manages our SAT portal and contributes significantly to website development, ensuring the platform remains user-friendly, functional, and up-to-date. He collaborates with educators to implement technology-driven solutions that support teaching and learning objectives.
Beyond his technical responsibilities, Rhithvik is actively involved in math tutoring, helping students build strong conceptual foundations and excel in the subject. Additionally, he assists in training staff on new technologies and stays updated on emerging trends to ensure the school’s tech resources remain current and effective.
Reena Dharampuria
Reena, the Head of Administration at Leap4ward School, brings over 12 years of diverse experience across the insurance, banking, and customer service sectors. With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Operations Research, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, she combines strong analytical and strategic skills to streamline school operations. Reena oversees all administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations and a supportive environment for both students and staff. Her extensive expertise and strategic leadership play a crucial role in maintaining the school’s excellence and fostering continuous growth.

Dr. Aishwarya Rajendran
